Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains how Turk Solutions LLC handles information on studaio.pro.
What we collect
Your email address, the brief you submit (business details, descriptions, preferences, scripts) and any images you upload. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to produce and deliver your video, provide support, send order emails, and prevent fraud. Your brief and images are sent to our AI providers (currently HeyGen for video, and Anthropic's Claude to read product photos and keep them accurate) to generate your video, and emails are sent through Resend.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information and we don't use your materials to advertise without your permission.
Retention
Uploaded images are deleted automatically after about 120 days. Order records are kept for accounting and support. Ask us to delete your data any time.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie for the owner dashboard. The storefront may remember your unfinished brief in your own browser so you don't lose it.
