Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StudAio (studaio.pro), a service operated by Turk Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

StudAio produces custom AI-generated video ads from the brief you submit. Each order is an ad set: three versions with different opening hooks for each length you buy, plus a 15-second cut where stated. Videos are created with third-party AI video models and may contain AI-generated people, voices and scenes. Results are generated automatically and will vary; we aim to match your brief as closely as possible.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once, in US dollars, through Stripe. There is no subscription. Production starts after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver within 4 hours of successful payment and a complete brief. Delivery can take longer if the brief is unclear, a video provider has an outage, or a revision is requested. If we cannot deliver, we will refund you.

Revisions

Each order includes three revisions within the scope of the original brief. Describe the change you want on your order page and we re-render the video. Requests that change the product, package length or overall concept may be treated as a new order.

Your materials and responsibilities

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload or describe (logos, product images, names, scripts). If you upload a photo of a person to use as the presenter, you confirm it is you or that the person has given you permission to create videos with their likeness. You must not request content that impersonates real people, uses celebrities or public figures, infringes trademarks or copyrights, is sexual, hateful, violent, deceptive, or makes false or unlawful claims. We may refuse or cancel such orders and refund you.

Your rights to the video

Once paid, you may use the delivered video for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including paid advertising. Use of AI-generated media is subject to the policies of the platforms where you publish it; you are responsible for complying with them, including any AI-content disclosure rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
